"Hello, my name is Whit, and I'm a song-not-finisher." Make that recovering song-not-finisher. Part of my age-31-renaissance is a reformatted work ethic that involves committing to two specific creative projects at any given time, which leads to less procrastination (and procrastination, along with equal doses of indecision and perfectionism, is why I have yet to complete a whole song to my liking). But suffice it to say that I have about an album and a half's worth of good song starts, and hopefully will one day have an actual album to back them up. Until that time I'll be posting my finished songs here. For now, however, you are limited to the lilting guitar tracks that I've included in the jukebox on the main page. If you get tired of hearing those, hit the pause button, turn your favorite music on and pretend that I created that instead. |
